Alton Cryer, Executive Director
Alton Cryer is a dedicated Memphian who believes Memphis is the best city in America! Alton serves as the Co-founder/Executive Director for STS Enterprise. STS is a leadership development organization equipping youth and college students with the tools to obtain economic mobility. Alton also serves as the Business Development Officer for Orion. His role consists of managing relationships with corporations and non-profits to provide their employees with financial products and services to help them obtain their financial goals. In his role, he also facilitates financial literacy workshops for professionals and youth across the city. Alton also has received recognition and awards from several organizations and publications. He is most grateful for first his wife Karlisa Cryer and his family for their support, his STS family because STS could not be what it is without them, and most importantly, God who has ordered his path to be where he is today.

Jeremy Calhoun, President
Jeremy Calhoun is a social entrepreneur and youth advocate who serves as the President and co-founder of STS Enterprise Corporation (STS), A leadership development company creating economic mobility and workforce pathways for youth and young adults. In addition to his role with STS Enterprise Corporation has over a decade worth of experience in information technology (IT) Project management and consultation. Currently, Jeremy is an IT Project Manager at International Paper (IT). In this role, he manages IT Infrastructure projects and initiatives. In addition to his role as an IT Project Manager, Jeremy serves on several International Paper committees such as College Recruiting, IT Outreach, and its Diversity, Equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
